Flight time requirements:
- The FAA Sport Pilot License requires a minimum of 20 hours of flight training.
- Training is provided by experienced instructors
- Training flights can be scheduled throughout the day – 7 days a week.
You will learn:

- Slow flight and easy stall recovery
- Navigation
- Communication
- Making Safe decisions
Ground School Requirements:
All students receive a complete DVD ground school course that covers
- Basic aerodynamics
- Fundamental flying techniques
- Airspace rules
- Safety considerations
- Navigation
- Weather
Study on your own time
Instructors will monitor your progress and assist whenever you have a question.
Preparation for the written test is included.
Tests Required:

One written FAA multiple choice test. Full test prep is provided by the DVD ground school and your instructor. Actual FAA practice tests are used to help guarantee success.

One practical flight test. When you have completed your training you will fly with a designated FAA examiner who will upon successful completion issue you your license. Your instructor will help you prepare fully for an easy flight test.
Medical Exams required:
None. If you have a current state issued Driver’s license then you have met all medical requirements*
